How I spent a day off in San Diego:

Tried to take the early bird half-day fishing trip, but there weren’t enough early birds awake to catch the worm. Had to take the noon trip instead.

Saw lots of not-so-early birds and other wildlife on the way out to the secret fishin’ hole.

I demonstrated my superior fishing reel techniques many times.

With the help of the crew, I landed this deep sea monster.

OK, actually a REAL fisherman caught that one… this is the ferocious sea monster I caught (and threw back so it could grow up!)
