Despite my recent fan mail warning me to the contrary, I made an executive decision and changed my policy of claiming islands and pseudo-islands for the Kingdom of Rhode Island. This may start the Civil War V 2.0, but so far the score is North-1 South-0. I am sure we will continue our undefeated streak!
